The sale of a property is associated with lots of risks and quite bit of paperwork. Some people consider the legal risks to be the most stressful part of the entire sale. Others do not even think about them at the beginning of the sale, and tend to underestimate them. We consider the preparation of the contractual documents, and especially ensuring that the transaction be completed in a safe and secure manner on your behalf, the most important part of the entire transaction. Therefore, we put our maximum effort into eliminating any potential risks and taking care of all legal matters.

We will prepare or modify as necessary all contracts and important documents that you will need to sign as part of the sale. Our Legal Department is responsible for work on the documentation. Legal fees for the services of an external legal representative can oftentimes reach very high amounts, whereas with us those services remain affordable as they are included in the commission agreed upon before the start of the transaction.

We will arrange all matters associated with the Land Register. And finally, as a bonus – our company is insured up to CZK 20,000,000 which is significantly higher amount than the one established by the Real Estate Brokerage Act. This amount really is not considered to be a standard on the market. Moreover, also all our real estate experts carry liability insurance.
